A large strainer, stiff enough to carry the weight of cooked pasta or potatos, and soft enough to be folded up and stored in a drawer. It's even possible to wash it by folding it and placing it in a dishwasher, where it takes up very little space. Winner of the 2005 Good Design Award and the 2006 Observeurdesign prize.
