Impact of Tibetan singing bowls massage in the tradition Tsering Ngodrub on the human body

This book contains the results of Viktor Ogui’s research on the effects on people of singing bowls. It is a massage method according to which the singing bowl is put on the massaged body. The singing bowl is held by one hand and the other hand equipped with a stick extracts the vibration from the singing bowl by striking the brim of the bowl with the rubber part of the stick with a definite rhythm and a subsequent transfer of the SB on the massage body in the direction of massage lines.
